15 years of experience as Service Manager, 24 years of experience in mechanical construction as an estimator and project manager. Graduated from Ferris State University with an Associates Degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Condition and Refrigeration Technology. Licensed Master Plumber and Backflow Prevention Certification Specialist. Certified for Medical Gas Installation and Refrigeration Handling. Completed seminars on controls retrofit, fluid handling, and indoor air quality.

Paul Theisen
UA Star Certified with 31 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of Commercial and Industrial HVAC, Refrigeration, Boiler and Heating Systems, and mechanical construction. Graduate from Ferris State University with an Associates Degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Condition and Refrigeration Technology. Licensed Refrigeration Mechanic and Backflow Prevention Certification Specialist. Certified in copper brazing, Medical Gas installation and Refrigeration Handling. Trained for confined space entry, First Aid and Adult CPR.

OSHA 30 Certified with 19 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of Commercial and Residential HVAC, Refrigeration, Boiler and Heating Systems. Certified for Refrigeration Handling. Completed seminar on combustion analysis. Factory authorized rep for Fulton Boilers
Ryan Assenmacher
16 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installing and maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC, refrigeration and heating systems. Attended Henry Ford Community College for refrigeration and sheet metal fabrication. Certified for refrigeration handling. Attended seminars on air-cooled chillers, VRF and wiring schematics. Certified in first-aid and CPR.
Jason Franzen
7 years of experience in troubleshooting control panels, pumps and motors with experience in VFD’s, PLC’s and hydraulics. Graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Computer Electronics Engineering Technology. Experienced CNC operator and skilled in surface grinding, welding and pipe fabrication.
